At the beginning of each round, players exchange three cards with an opponent, adding an element of unpredictability and strategy. The player holding the 2 of clubs starts the first trick, and players must follow suit if possible. The highest card of the suit led wins the trick, but taking tricks containing hearts or the queen of spades will increase your penalty points.

How to Play Kings of Hearts

1. Each player is dealt 13 cards from a standard 52-card deck.
2. Players select three cards to pass to an opponent (direction varies each round).
3. The player with the 2 of clubs leads the first trick.
4. Players must follow suit if possible; otherwise, they can play any card.
5. The highest card of the suit led wins the trick.
6. Avoid taking tricks with hearts or the queen of spades to minimize penalty points.
7. The game continues until a player reaches 100 points, and the player with the lowest score wins.

Tips and Tricks
